This Beautiful halter dress is a true creation of two artist using their talents together. The gown is made out of a 100% silk stretch charmuse and was hand painted by Liz Bahl , a local silk artist. After Liz painted the silk I made the pattern, sewed it together and then covered it by hand with over 600 Swarovski rhinestones. The waist is cinched in with rows of elastic thread and the halter top is adjusted by tying it to your desired length .The almost liquid like feel of this dress against your skin is irresistable and once you put it on you will never want to take it off.
